Data deletion — “StoryTerramaster-IG” app

This app manages only A.S.D. SentieroUNO’s own Instagram accounts and processes third-party data only when a user mentions one of our accounts (@sardon.run, @s1trail, @alpeadriaultratrail) in a story.

To request deletion of your data:

  1. Scrivi a [email protected] con oggetto «Cancellazione dati Instagram», indicando il tuo username Instagram e, se possibile, la data della menzione.
  2. Within 30 days: we take the repost of your story down from our accounts (if it is still live), delete the downloaded media (media are deleted automatically within 48 hours in any case) and remove from our systems any identifier linked to your mention.
  3. Ricevi conferma scritta dell’avvenuta cancellazione.

Alternatively, you can remove the mention or the original story yourself: the repost expires automatically after 24 hours in any case.

This app manages only A.S.D. SentieroUNO’s own Instagram accounts and processes third-party data only when a user mentions one of our accounts in a story.

To request deletion of your data: email [email protected] with subject “Instagram data deletion”, stating your Instagram username and, if possible, the date of the mention. Within 30 days we will remove the repost (if still active), delete the downloaded media (automatically deleted within 48 hours in any case) and erase any identifier linked to your mention. You will receive written confirmation.
