Condizioni d’uso — App «StoryTerramaster-IG»

StoryTerramaster-IG is an internal tool of A.S.D. SentieroUNO (Strada Costiera 158, 34151 Trieste — tax code 90145680329) that manages only the association’s own Instagram accounts (@sardon.run, @s1trail, @alpeadriaultratrail). The app is not offered to the public: there is no signup, no user accounts and no services for third parties.

How it works. When an Instagram user mentions one of our accounts in a story, the app may repost that story on the mentioned account. The repost expires automatically after 24 hours, like any Instagram story. Anyone who would rather not be reposted can ask us to remove it at any time by writing to [email protected] (vedi la pagina di cancellazione dati).

Limitations. L’app è fornita «così com’è» per finalità promozionali dell’associazione, nel rispetto delle Normative della Piattaforma Meta. L’associazione può sospendere o interrompere il servizio in qualsiasi momento. Foro competente: Trieste, legge italiana.
