The larger the group, the more the price goes back. Our “Time Machine” brings the price back to the previous ranges.
We always suggest registering individually: it is the easiest method and ensures that each competitor has the correct data in the system from the start.
However, for groups of more than 6 persons, group registration opens the door to the Time Machine - a discount system that it literally returns the price of your membership to the previous bands, as if you had registered earlier.
When we accept a group registration, the competitor and their experience become our priority: we offer a personalised high-level experience and ensure direct and effective communication with all members.
The price rolls back back.
The basic quota is fixed for 2016: 1 euro per kilometre. From there, 5 bands with increasing price. The Time Machine takes the group back to the previous bands - the more you are, the further back you go.
Even if you register in December, you can pay the April price.
Is your group signing up now? The Time Machine rewinds the price - how many bands back depends on how many of you there are, the race chosen, the period and the availability of places.
Example
È November and your running group wants to register for the TransKarst. The individual price is in Band 4.
With 12 people, the Time Machine brings the price back to the Band 3. With 36 people, back to the Band 2.
Each member uses the code individually when registering.
Values are purely illustrative. The number of bands back is calculated from time to time depending on the period, number of entrants, race and availability of places. 10 entrants on the Bora Ultra are treated differently to 10 entrants on the Family.

The group leader contacts us and communicates the names and number of participants. We create the time machine“ code” customised.
Each member registers individually using the code. Each competitor manages its own registration and the data are correct from the start.
The group leader can monitor the entries, even if they are not visible in the public list.

The value of the voucher is calculated on the active tranche at the time of issue. With the progressive increase of the bands, a non-activated voucher covers a decreasing percentage of the quota. Contact us now to lock in the value.

The Time Machine is a service for real groups (sports clubs, groups of friends, corporate teams). The organisation reserves the right to verify the composition of the groups. The benefits available are defined on a case-by-case basis: not all conditions can be combined.
Vouchers and untruthful declarations: the voucher is issued on the basis of the declared group (number of persons, races chosen). If the group that turns up is completely different from the declared one - in terms of composition, number or races - the voucher is downgraded or cancelled, even for registrations already made. The balance of the difference is requested before the bib collection.
Small, bona fide variations (e.g. 10 planned, 8 actual) are handled with common sense, with the group leader being notified of how to rectify them.

What is the difference between the various tenders offered?
The races vary in distance, level of difficulty and setting: from the long Bora Ultra, through the 61-km Trieste Ultra, to the 55-km TransKarst, to shorter races such as Borderless, Half Trail, Family Hike & Trail and Borin, suitable for all levels and interests.

The Bora Ultra is the full version of this race, 116.2 km long with a positive altitude difference of 3930 metres, structured as a journey in two acts: first the night and then the day. It is ideal for those who want to have an immersive experience and really feel ‘inside’ La Corsa della Bora.
How does the group entry system work with the Time Machine?
For groups of more than 6 people, the group leader can create a ‘Time Machine’ code that allows each participant to register individually using that code. This system brings the price back down to the previous range, allowing significant savings compared to the normal fee.
What are the advantages of registering as a group?

How can a group membership be organised?
This can be done in two ways: one at a time, with the group leader creating a personalised code and each member registering individually, or all together, by filling in an Excel file with the data of the participants, which the organisation will then automatically register, applying the expected discount.
