What this app is. StoryTerramaster-IG is an internal tool run by A.S.D. SentieroUNO that handles only the Instagram accounts owned by the association (@sardon.run, @s1trail, @alpeadriaultratrail). When an Instagram user mentions one of these accounts in a story, the app reposts that story on the mentioned account. The app is not available to the public and does not handle third-party accounts.

Data processed through the Meta APIs.

  • Story mention notifications (Instagram webhook): the identifier of the account that made the mention, the media identifier and a temporary URL for the content.
  • The media content of the story that mentions our accounts, downloaded for the sole purpose of reposting it.
  • Access tokens for the association’s Instagram accounts (encrypted at rest).

What we do NOT do. We collect no third-party profile data beyond the public username of whoever mentions us; we do not use the data for profiling or advertising; we do not disclose or sell data to third parties.

Retention. Downloaded media files are deleted automatically within 48 hours of reposting. Mention identifiers are kept for deduplication only. Access tokens stay active for as long as the account is connected to the app.

Legal basis. Legittimo interesse dell’associazione alla promozione delle proprie attività sportive tramite i propri canali social (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Rights of data subjects and data deletion. Anyone who mentioned one of our accounts can request removal of the repost and deletion of any associated data by writing to [email protected] (vedi la pagina Cancellazione dati). We reply within 30 days. Complaints: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
