Dove posso ritirare il pacco gara?

Se non viene richiesto esplicitamente alcun punto di consegna il pacco gara ed il pettorale saranno disponibili presso il Bora Village con orari di ritiro come indicati in programma Il pacco gara può essere ritirato presso i punti S1 nelle date indicate nella scheda di iscrizione oppure può essere prenotato presso le strutture convenzionate, solo per chi ci soggiorna in talis strutture.

Ai primi di dicembre riceverete una mail con la richiesta di dove volete ritirare il pacco gara. La prenotazione può essere fatta accedendo alla propria scheda di iscrizione e non può essere modificata dopo l'8 dicembre. Il pacco gara ed il pettorale potranno essere ritirati solo nel punto da voi indicato. Chiunque si iscriva in un Punto di iscrizione offline dopo l'8 dicembre o senza aver espresso una preferenza di ritiro entro l'8 dicembre potrà comunque prenotare entro il 31/12 il ritiro presso una struttura convenzionata (Hotel o B&B) solo nel caso in cui soggiorni in tale struttura. Tutti gli altri pacco gara saranno disponibili per il ritiro al Bora Village negli orari indicati in programma. Non possiamo accettare quindi prenotazioni di pacco gara per email e tanto meno per conto terzi: è fondamentale che chi vuole il pacco gara in un posto diverso dal Bora Village, esprima la sua esplicita volontà, conscio del fatto che se poi non lo ritira nel punto che ha scelto non corre la gara.

La scelta degli Hotel Convenzionati in cui agli sarà possibile ritirare il pacco gara verrà resa disponibile dopo l'8 dicembre. Puoi intanto consultare la lista degli Hotel convenzionati da questa pagina.

Come posso prenotare la navetta?

Accepted Answer

La navetta si può prenotare in fase di iscrizione, tale prenotazione o una nuova prenotazione potrà essere modificata/fatta tassativamente entro il 31/12, pena l'esclusione dal servizio.

La prenotazione può essere modificata o inserita unicamente dalla propria scheda di iscrizione online.

Non si possono accettare prenotazioni di navetta via mail

Do you need a medical certificate to register for the competitions? Which kind of certificate?

In the registration form, the competitor declares to be in possession of a valid document at the date of the race, that states this condition We do not collect a copy of the medical certificates (but this does not exonerate you in any way to have it), and we accept any certificate attesting the ability to sustain any high-cardio vascular activity, signed by a sports doctor. So the classic medical certificate for athletics is fine, but certificates for triathlon, swimming, biking, etc. are also valid. No FIDAL card is required, much less the Run Card. We take care of each competitor's insurance.

What are the "Soccorso Alpino" bibs?

If online registrations are only open with the "Mountain Rescue / Soccorso Alpino" option, this means that the maximum number of "ordinary" places has been reached. At the beginning of the year, we assign the maximum number of competitors for each race, in addition to which the remaining places go in favor of the Alpine Rescue. It is a fixed quota that if modified, would void the sense of this initiative. The mechanism: we make a count of how many places are available and how many of them cover the costs of the race. The Corsa della Bora is not an initiative to make a profit, so once the operating costs are covered, the remaining places that can be run safely are devolved to the people that everyday guard on our trails. Other races raise the price, earning more, precisely on those places that already have a very high margin. We do the opposite: we give up the most profitable sale, to the most valuable BIBS, because we are grateful and aware of the value of the service that is given to us free of charge every day.

These bibs are identical to the normal ones, they differ only in color and because they do not have a goodie bag, just to maximize the amount to be given in support. Those who purchase them have the same services: shuttle, wardrobe, refreshments, same ranking, finisher medal, showers, massages, pasta party, insurance and much more, but do something more than the other competitors. Give up something of your own, like us at S1, to help one day help others every day. The best way to start the year with a good star. All those who buy these bibs, then receive an email confirming the payment to the beneficiary.

The amount is equally split between the Slovenian and Italian Alpin Rescue teams, according to the km covered

It is possible to have the race goodie bag also with a Mountain Rescue bib, but it is necessary to request it as an extra.
