We always suggest registering individually, as it is often difficult to correctly inform each competitor if part of a group.
However, for groups of more than eight people, group registration can offer many advantages.
We do not have a fixed policy for handling group registrations, as it depends on the number of participants, the race they register for and their specific needs. When we accept a group registration, we focus on two main aspects: offer a high-quality customised experience and ensure effective communication with all group members.
JUST FOR YOU
Customised T-shirts, with company and competitor name. For a large group from Slovenia, we made race t-shirts with the name of the club and in the name of the runner.
FLEXIBILITY‘
Favourable prices for your group only, but above all flexibility: race changes, name changes, transfers to other S1 events. All services that we can include and put as a free gift for your group
HOTEL
Booking in the same hotel: we find the best hotel for the group not only by looking at the price but also at the races you have entered, your needs, your companions and the way you have travelled.
DEDICATED BUS
If there are about 50 of you and you are coming from a destination where it is convenient to come by bus, we can organise your trip. In the past we have managed group solutions from Ulm in Germany or Ljubljana in Slovenia.

How to proceed with group registration?
There are two options:
One at a time
The group leader contacts us to notify us of the group. We establish a closing date for group registrations and the minimum number of participants. Based on this, we define the conditions. Competitors register themselves and pay the agreed fee.
The group leader will be able to see the list of group members in real time, even if they are not visible on the public list.
All together
The manager contacts us and fills in the Excel file. We discuss the needs of the group and find solutions to meet them.
PLEASE NOTE:
It is necessary that each competitor accesses the registration via the link, accepts the competition conditions and uploads the required documents (e.g. medical certificate). Group registration does not exempt from legal obligations. The group leader will have a copy of the access links.
