The early start is an act of trail spirit, a courtesy we extend by giving you even more time on the course.
It is a system widely used in races in Northern Europe or those with particular safety requirements.
At La Corsa della Bora we have race times that allow everyone to participate with a standard time, as they are very long. On top of that, we also offer an early start.
Of course, it is an extra service and a huge organisational effort. An additional courtesy.
- No shuttles are provided for these departures, unless explicitly stated.
- The time is taken on the chip and therefore your ranking position is based on your actual running time.
- Early departures are subject toi >>>> time barriers <<< (read!), i.e. they are subject to a speed limit. Please refer to the "time barriers" section of your race in the regulations, the race altitude profile and the Race Guide.
