In 2022 we will repeat the pattern of the 2021 refreshments. We want to ensure maximum comfort and safety, but some cooperation will be necessary with shorter stops to avoid gatherings.

- Entrance to refreshment area with masking and sanctifying hands and sticks
- You take the basket of solid food, then liquids. Each refreshment station will be organised in the same way.
- You can also take more than one basket, but DO NOT WASTE FOOD. If you see that there are no other runners you can ask for a customised basket
- Absolutely no parking, take off the mask, eat. If you see someone doing this, remind them that they must continue.
- You leave the basket area and proceed in a consumption space or you run away with the bag
- DO NOT abandon the bag in the woods!
